Our engineer will visit your site and diagnose the system issues. It may be a case where a second visit may be required for example if an electrician has to get involved or if a specialist part needs to be ordered in.
If a follow up visit is required post service it will be scheduled in within an agreed time period.
For a discussion around our rates or to receive our rates sheet please get in touch and we will provide an accurate cost for the service required.
We also provide predictive maintenance to all of our customer which extends the life of your product but also ensure efficient operations.
Our workmanship warranty of 2 years only applies if an annual service has been carried out within 13 months of the date of commissioning.
Below is a summary of the heat pump warranty periods
Ecoforest is 2 years labour warranty.
Ecoforest Parts warranty is 3 years on all items except for Inverter Board and Compressor which is 4 years.
Hitachi is 2 years labour warranty.
Hitachi parts warranty is 7 years.
Note these warranties only apply if an annual service has been carried out.
