Project Overview:
A 4,000 sq. ft. new build home in Stewartstown, Co. Tyrone, equipped with an Ecoforest 3-12kW Ground Source Heat Pump and a geothermal horizontal collector system. The home also features Roth underfloor heating on both floors, an Ecoforest Energy Manager, a Solar PV system, 10kWh battery storage, domestic plumbing, and a retractable central vacuum system.

Key Features:
Ground Source Heat Pump: Provides heating, hot water, and cooling for the home, with the capacity to heat a future stand-alone swimming pool.
Solar PV Integration: The heat pump is directly linked to the Solar PV system, significantly reducing running costs by maximising the use of self-generated energy.
