Objective:

Based in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, RE:SURE wanted to reduce their dependency on the electricity grid, cut operational costs, and boost energy efficiency.

Challenge:

As a 24/7 operation, RE:SURE’s energy demands were significant, calling for a robust energy management solution.

Solution

After conducting a detailed design survey, b4b Renewables installed a complete solar solution and energy management system.

This included a 43kW Solar PV system on the south-facing roof of the building, optimised for maximum sunlight exposure. To enhance monitoring, we implemented a SolarEdge platform, providing the client with real-time insights into cost savings and system performance.

Results:

The results have been impressive, with the solar PV system’s electricity output closely matching our initial estimates—within 4%.
